The quickest way to reach Marchand Drapier is by email. Claire reads everything herself, though during buying trips — usually February and September — replies can take a few days.
General enquiries
Write to claire@marchand-drapier.com for questions about any post, corrections, or topics you would like covered. If you are trying to identify a fabric, a clear photograph taken in daylight next to a ruler helps more than any description.
Trade enquiries
Mills, agents and weavers with something worth looking at can write to the same address with the subject line Trade. Please include fibre composition, weight in grams per square metre, minimum order quantities and the country of weaving. Samples are welcome but are not returned.

For press enquiries, or to flag an error in anything published here, email claire@marchand-drapier.com with the subject line Correction or Press. Factual corrections are made on the page with a note at the foot of the article.
